Apple Warranty Claim

2-Year iPhone Warranty Policy

At iWorld, we are committed to providing our customers with genuine Apple products and reliable after-sales support. As an official distributor of Mercantile, an Apple Authorised Reseller in Pakistan, iWorld provides customers with a 2-year warranty on eligible products.

1. Warranty Coverage

The iWorld 2-year iPhone warranty consists of:

  • First Year: Official Apple warranty.

  • Second Year: Extended Mercantile warranty.

The warranty is subject to the applicable terms, conditions, and exclusions of Apple and Mercantile.

2. Activating the 2-Year Warranty

When purchasing an eligible product from iWorld, the customer will receive a barcode/QR-code warranty receipt along with their order.

To activate the additional 1-year Mercantile extended warranty:

  1. Activate the iPhone.

  2. Scan the barcode/QR code provided with the order.

  3. Complete the warranty registration within 45 working days of activating the iPhone.

  4. Keep the warranty receipt safely for future reference.

Customers are strongly advised to complete the registration within the specified period. Failure to register within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for the extended Mercantile warranty.

3. How to Claim Warranty

If a customer experiences a technical issue, manufacturing defect, or other problem covered under warranty, iWorld is available to assist throughout the warranty-claim process.

Option 1 — Visit iWorld

Customers can bring their device to any applicable iWorld location.

Our staff will:

  • Assist the customer in understanding the warranty process.

  • Help assess the reported issue.

  • Guide the customer regarding the required warranty service.

  • Assist with coordinating the device with the appropriate warranty centre when required.

Customers do not have to navigate the process alone. iWorld will provide complete assistance.

Option 2 — Customers from Other Cities

Customers who are unable to visit iWorld, including customers located in other cities, can directly approach a Mercantile Warranty Centre.

Mercantile warranty centres are currently located in:

  • Lahore

  • Islamabad

Customers may visit the relevant warranty centre directly for warranty assessment and service.

Option 3 — Send the Device to a Warranty Centre

Customers who cannot visit a warranty centre in person may also send their device directly to the appropriate Mercantile Warranty Centre, subject to the warranty centre's applicable procedure and requirements.

If the customer is unsure about where or how to send the device, they can contact iWorld before sending it. Our staff will guide and assist them through the process.

4. Warranty Assessment

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment by the authorised service/warranty centre.

Warranty service may be declined if the issue is determined to have resulted from circumstances not covered under the applicable Apple or Mercantile warranty terms, including but not limited to accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modification or repair.

The final determination of warranty coverage and the applicable repair or replacement service will be made in accordance with the relevant Apple or Mercantile warranty terms.
